We are a small family-run business in the heart of London, just off of Spitalfields market. This year, our goal is to find chefs who will help us create a seasonal menu with exciting & delicious dishes., We're specifically in need of a sous chef, who can support our head chef in managing a small close-knit team, keeping up with ordering & having a hand in developing fun small plates for our little menu,, 45 - 48 hour week, 28 days holiday (tronc also paid on holiday hours), If you would like to enquire about the role please send your CV to mch.restaurant@gmail.com
