Head Butler, Kensington, Up to £65K gpa, We are looking for a hardworking Head Butler for a family based in Kensington. You will be responsible for managing a small team, overseeing the daily service operations. Additionally, you’ll be comfortable assisting with all typical Butler duties, working within a fully staffed household – a team player! This position would suit someone with a background as a Head Butler or House Manager, with experience in formal service and good knowledge of wines. Organisation and good communication skills are essential as you will be the point of contact between the family, chef, and other butlers. You should also have good knowledge of formal service, and be a proactive and energetic character, but most importantly, an excellent team player!, You would be working in and managing a team of 4 Butlers. The structure will be based on 5 days on, 2 days off, which will be one of three shift patterns each day. The family travels quite extensively so (as with most private roles) you can expect busier periods and quieter ones, in line with their movements. There will be occasional travel as part of this role (2-6 weeks in the Summer)., Only double vaccinated candidates will be considered., Driving is not essential for this position., Additional note: The family has pets, so you should be ok around cats and dogs., You will need to have a good level of English to apply for this position and have the right to work in the UK., Days: 5 days per week (2 days off), Hours: 3 x shift patterns: 06.00-16.00 / 08.00 – 18.00 / 13.00 – 23.00, Salary: Up to £65K gpa, Start: ASAP
