Exciting Opportunity: Contract/Freelance Android Developer, Outside IR35, 3 Month Initial Contract, Remote working – must be within 2 hours of UK time zone, Rate: £450-£500, Key Responsibilities:, * Proficiency in utilizing Android Studio and the Android SDK., * Strong grasp of either Java or Kotlin programming languages., * Competency in Kotlin coroutines and flows., * Knowledge of RESTful APIs for connecting to backend services., * Adept at using code versioning tools, such as GIT (Bitbucket)., * Familiarity with communication protocols/frameworks including WebSocket and Bluetooth., * Experience with ReactiveX language tools, specifically RxJava., * Competence in Android Jetpack., * Understanding of Architectural Patterns such as MVP and MVVM., * Familiarity with Material Design principles and adherence to UI/UX best practices., * Demonstrated history of apps published on the Google Play Store or contributions to open-source projects., Ideal experience will mean you have worked with:, * Qualcomm Bluetooth/GAIA, * Familiar with Wuqi Bluetooth chipset, * Hands on experience with BLE device communication, This is an exciting company and the products they make are premium within the market space they operate in.
