See last picture for availability or contact me  prices from £1500 to £3300 per week , still some prime weeks left, , Villa Fatima is located near a village called Vale de Parra and is set in the countryside but is only 1km back from the local beaches and only a 10 minute walk to the local shops and many fantastic local restaurants., , The lounge never fails to impress our guests to say its large does not do it justice, it is simply massive at over 800 sq feet, it has sofas for 14 people, custom built bar with large beer chillier, satellite TV and radio, DVD player, open log fire, 2 very large air con units that can heat as well as cool with patio doors leading the terrace and rear garden.  The marble spiral staircase leads to a 1st floor gallery from which the upstairs bedrooms are accessed., , This villa has air conditioning in all major rooms and bedrooms which cools as well as heats, There are high walls, hedges and gates surrounding  the villa to ensure your privacy., , The kitchen is fully fitted with wood faced cupboards and marble worktops with a large fridge and table and chairs complete with a full compliment of utensils, not just the normal 12 spoons/ forks/ knifes  etc you get in a rental villa, you get BBQ tools,  plus coffee machines, mixing bowls , oven dishes etc , just like your home. Dishwasher,  large fridge with freezer, etc, , All bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms, there are 3 x twin bedrooms, 2 on ground floor and one upstairs, plus a master double bedroom and family bedroom also upstairs. The master and upper twin bedrooms have there own balconies. There is also a large balcony to the front of the villa to hide from the kids if you need some "me time", , The rear garden has a good sized pool with roman steps at one end, brick built BBQ and bread oven in the outbuilding at the end of the garden. a good selection of sun beds and chairs. The property also has a covered terrace with two tables and 12 chairs for those long warm evenings for you to eat and relax on. Not your usual plastic items but nice alloy chairs and glass topped tables., , There is a carport on the side of the villa and the front garden has many flowers and a large palm trees in it, the front walls have been raised and tall lockable gates fitted to ensure your privacy whist staying at Villa Fatima., , There is a weekly maid service usually on Saturday before you arrive , this can be upgraded to daily except Sundays at extra cost when available.., , As you can see this is not a tried rental villa but a our luxury holiday home in the sun that we let to family groups,  we are offering you that special holiday to remember for all the right reasons, we also have the added benefit of a local English speaking agent that is only 1/2 km away that will look after you while staying at the villa and can arrange trips out, golf, taxis, car hire etc and will sort out any problems you may have., , FARO airport is the nearest and take only 35 minutes to drive to the villa and is served by many airlines, inc EasyJet and BA, Ryan Air  plus many others, , We have been letting the villa for 20 years and have a high re-booking rate, so why not come and see why people keep coming back., , We also have a babies cot and high chairs available., , We can also advise on Airport transfers and car hire if required.
