It is also on the 13 bus route, direct to the High Street., , There is a living/dining room downstairs, which leads to a kitchen with a double fan oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer, and fridge-freezer. There is a spacious, well-kept yard to the front and a much-loved garden to the rear, overlooking a quiet playing field. The house has broadband with unlimited downloads, as well as Netflix at no cost to the tenants., , I am a 40 y.o. man, the lead tenant, and have lived here for 17 years, keeping the house as though it were my home (which it is!) Your other housemate is a younger man. We do not smoke, keep pets, or take illegal substances — and ask our housemates not to., , We are both quiet and from an academic background, and hope for someone mature enough to keep the house clean without our setting a rota.
