Hi, please let me in introduce you to our 12 ft wide 2 bedroom caravan - 'Rolly's Retreat', PLEASE NOTE:, A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The £50 will then be subtracted from the over-all total, i.e, £400 = £350 outstanding., Please message for available dates , Based in Towyn, near Rhyl in North wales. Situtated in an ideal spot, a stones throw away from the beach. whether you are wanting relaxation, or you prefer to be on the go. Rolly's Retreat has it all. it’s an amazing getaway for all the family., The park itself is situated right next to:, • The beach,, • Family bars with entertainment/caberet,, • Restaurants., • Fish and chip shops,, • Takeaways,, • Gift shops,, • Bingo,, • Arcades,, • Fun fair,, • Crazy gold,, • Go karting,, • Large outdoor market,, • Carboot sale,, • Parks and gardens, countryside.. the list goes on..., The park boasts an enviable location just off of Sandbank Road in Towyn. Close to all local amenities, such as Adsa, the range, B&M's, Farmfoods, etc. A nice 2.5 mile stroll or drive will take you to the lovely seaside resort of Rhyl., Whereas a another few miles in the opposite direction, will take you to Colwyn Bay, and Llandudno., ON SITE:, • Convenience store and gift shop, • Takeaway, • Children's play area, CLOSE BY:, • Rhyl 2.5 mile away, • Prestatyn 6.5 mile away, • Colwyn Bay 7.8 mile away, • Llandudno 16 mile away, With plenty more in-between, and a little further afield, ROLLY'S RETREAT::,  Double bedroom with en suite,  Twin bedroom,  Bathroom with large shower, ↔️ Large living area,  Large fully equipped kitchen - kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, air fryer, etc,  Fridge & freezer, ♨️ Oven and grill,  Gas fire,  Large recliner corner sofa, with an additinal two seater recliner,  TVs in living room and main bedroom, with dvd player,  DVDS,  Books, ♟Board Games, Iron / ironing board, hoover, etc, The caravan is basically home from home , Dates available are from Saturday to Saturday:, ● MAY, (18th - 25th May), (25th May- 1st June) = £400, ● JUNE, (1st  - 8th June), (8th - 15th June) = £400, ● JULY, (6th  - 13th July), (13th - 20th July) = £500, ● AUGUST, (3rd - 10th August), (10th - 17th August), (17th - 24th August), (24th - 31st August) = £550, The site does not allow pets. So unfortunately dogs are not currently allowed. Apologies for any inconvenience., The £50 booking fee comes off the balance - The remaining balance will be due in full 7 days before your stay., A £50 damages bond will be added to the overall total.
