Sleeps 10 with the sofa bed., - Decking to sit out on, so take foldable decking/lounge chairs with you., - Double glazed and centrally heated., - Full size fridge-freezer in the kitchen., - Plug sockets with USB chargers in each bedroom., - Duvets and pillows provided., -1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, plus a separate WC with toilet and sink., - 2minute walk to Martello beach from the original entrance to the park. 1 minute walk to the new entertainment and swimming complex onsite (https://youtu.be/uVHNMy_frXg)., - Walton is nearby and Colchester Zoo is a 45 minute drive away., , There is a lot to do in the park for the family including  swimming, football pitch, kart hire and entertainment in the evenings such as  bingo, karaoke etc. Clacton pier with theme park rides  is a 10min drive away or there is a bus stop outside the site that you can take a bus to/from.  A Tesco store is nearby as well as having a shop onsite for you to stock up on goods. A bar and restaurant is also on site, serving food from breakfast time.
