£2000.00 or swap for British 500cc BSA/Triumph twin, Hinckley Bonneville This is what I was told is a 1967 Massey Ferguson 702 Industrial tractor it comes as pictured with a front bucket and a rear digger, the digger can be separated, I bought it to complete a number of jobs now 95% done, hence listing it here, HOWEVER I feel the only way is to be honest saves wasting my time and yours... You are welcome to come and see it if you wish, it is between Frome & Radstock in N/E Somerset..... I am selling it to buy more motorcycles, my hobby, and I don't like to see things sit and rot, for the other 5% of work I need doing I will borrow a digger or manually dig as those projects are not due for a couple of years...... This tractor was being used up until 31/03/2024, mainly for digging tree roots, bad rubble filled land, etc. which it did & does as well as I could expect, BUT to make it perfect it needs time & money.. It starts & runs all day, but starting especially if left for a few weeks is an adventure, it NEVER does not start but I have resorted to easy start on occasion, once started and run it will start & run all day long as easy as it should. I have no experience to compare it to but I assume it is lower power than when it came out of the factory but it still managed 40+ conifer roots and tons of mud/muck removal since I got it in 2020... Originally it was road registered but the log book has long since been lost, that is lost before I got it. The brakes don't work The tyres hold air but will go 50% flat if left for 6 to 8 months, they are old and cracked like me The digger levers leak fluid, I have a spare set but before fitting I would advise re-rubbering, or changing the seals, the condition of the hoses is also in question, again useable but not if you want to use it professionally or show it... There is another digging bucket with it and some bits to go with it as well as some bolt up locking bars for the digger arm. The sale is Cash on collection, collection only from between Frome & Radstock in N/E Somerset. or if you are using a courier then BACS before collection
