A 1970's era vintage wooden swinging baby crib / cot, made by Chaucer of London and is the Serenade model. This was my cot believe it or not which I found stored in my fathers house when clearing it out. It had been carefully wrapped and sealed and stored away for decades,, , It is in original condition, so has the patina of its age. Everything is there and all working as it should. Origial mattress is there, but it will need replacing as the foam and covering has perished. The crib can be in static mode, so not swinging or in swinging mode by simply inserting or removing the wooden pin on the side (see photo's)., , A nice item if you are after a vintage crib or if you are looking for something for a doll or teddies., , Dimensions:, , Crib - 97cm long x 91.5cm high x 57cm wide, Mattress - 85cm long x 37cm wide, Height of bottom of crib (where baby would sleep) is 29.5cm, , Collection only from SA13 postcode.
