Holiday Rental - North Cyprus

The Sanctuary is located in Esentepe, North Cyprus on a private road.

It is a 3 bedroom bungalow (1 double, 2 singles and a bunk bed) with rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the sea. It is perfect for watching the sunset 🌅 It also has a private pool. 

The local golf course, Korineum Golf Club, Alagadi “turtle” beach (where you can watch turtles hatch arranged with the conservation team at the right time of year) and local restaurants are all under a 10 minute drive (you can venture  into the Esentepe village but it is an uphill walk of about 1km)

Car hire is strongly recommended as amenities are just off walking distance but if you wanted to go out for dinner and have a drink I can provide you with details of a taxi who can assist.  

Kyrenia is the nearest city which is approx 30-40 min drive where you can find the lovely historic old town with roof top restaurants and boat trips available.

You will need to arrange a flight to Larnaca airport and the transfer is approx 70 min drive.  Note you cannot hire a car and drive it over the border - this will be dropped to the bungalow for you. I can provide a reliable company for this if needed.  Driving is on the same side as UK 🙌

For the bungalow the cost is as follows:

April - October £120 per night. So for a week £840.

November - March £90 per night. So £630 per week.
