It is the purchaser's sole responsibilty and duty of care to ensure the appliances and fixtures are safe to use for the end consumer., No liability or responsibility is accepted by Uber Leisure for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from any fault with any appliance or fixture of any vehicle sold to the purchaser., No liability or responsibility is accepted by Uber Leisure for any third party companies or individuals instructed by the purchaser or suggested by Uber Leisure to carry out any servicing or repairs to any vehicle sold by Uber Leisure., All deposits paid are non refundable unless the transaction is cancelled by Uber Leisure., Deposits are valid for 14 days, longer terms are possible subject (without exception) to a larger deposit and authorisation by Uber Leisure.
