We have decided to sell our Very much loved 6 berth Sterling 570 Europa 2011 Caravan. If you ever needed a family layout on a single axle caravan then this is it., , Perfect starter Caravan for families. We have looked after every element of this van which you will see in the video and pictures attached., You will find this van, very spacious., This layout is rare and an opportunity not to be missed. We searched and searched to get this van as it is perfect for family set ups., 2 bunk beds bedroom is across the full width of the rear. Head height in the bunks is generous; the lower bunk, especially, is perfect for adults too., Side dinette with fold away table. Area converts into another two bunk beds., I forgot to set up the side dinette table in the pictures this is included and is stored neatly in the cupboard next to it, this is ideal for breakfast, dinner, colouring etc at this table., 2 single beds at the front or convert into a large double bed., All bunks have slide around curtains for privacy and cosyness if required., Side bathroom with toilet & shower. The bathroom is a wet room cleverly designed for showering as demonstrated in the video. This design allows  space in the van maximising storage capability and living space., The back bottom bunk bed lifts up to allow a garage function storage of bikes / scooters / paddle boards etc through the side door access., The kitchen features  Duel fuel cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer. 4 x burner hob (3 x gas & 1 electric), oven and grill. Spice rack, 3 shelf, cupboard storage for pots and pans., Blown air heating, on board water pump/water heater. All this can be run on either, gas, electric or leisure battery., Being a single axle this gives you the most amount of flexibility. You would not be restricted on any rural beautiful sites as some can not cater for twin axle vans. Also you will not need a 4x4 to tow this. Our last few cars were Ford Mondeos., All Carpets and seating areas fully deep cleaned after last use.
