We have a number of two storey holiday chalets in the same block. We live next door to the holiday park so check-in is available on any day of the week from 4pm to 11pm. Each sleeps up to 6 persons. A well behaved dog is permitted as long as they stay on the ground floor. Our newly modernised accommodation has been upgraded to meet fire safety requirements imposed by UK law. There are wired smoke and heat alarms, compliant locks and flame retardant internal doors. There is no extra charge for electricity as it is inclusive in the hire price, as is bedding hire, cot hire, and highchair hire. Parking is free and available at either side of the chalet block., , Each chalet has an open plan lounge, diner and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, mini oven 30L with hob, 20L multi-functional air-fryer, toaster, kettle, extra hob and coffee machine. The lounge has a 32 inch TV and contains a selection of books and toys. There is a pull out double bed stored under the stairwell. Fibreoptic WIFI is provided as a complimentary service for the exclusive use of our guests, and we have an amplifier serving the TV sets on the ground and first floor. No other owners can offer fibreoptic internet because it runs from our house next door to the holiday park. We invested in the technology because 4G signal is unpredictable in Dawlish Warren. Outside, we provide a picnic bench overlooking well-presented communal gardens. The wild rabbits come out during the evening and can sometimes be spotted hopping across the lawn with their babies. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, and a family bedroom. Here you will find a single bed, plus triple bunk (double and a single). This room has a small TV. There are recess areas and rails on the first floor to store clothing. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, and an extractor fan. There is a separate toilet room with basin, and extractor fan., , The chalets are located on a popular holiday park, and set in a quieter block away from the site facilities. Guests may use the park playground, launderette, shops and takeaways if they wish. There is a clubhouse with daily entertainment, and a pool complex. To use these, guests must pay for daily passes direct to the site office. Otherwise, Paddy's bar on the Hazelwood park across the road allows guest admission for free, and has nightly bingo, food and entertainment. The Blue Flag beach resort of Dawlish Warren is just a few minutes walk from our accommodation. Here you will find a selection of shops, cafes, bars and takeaways, as well as a children's small fun fair, go karts, golf course and nature reserve. There are lovely coastal walks to be had into Dawlish Warren along the path., , We have three price bands for our holiday home hire. Low season is £80 per night per chalet, Mid-season is £120 per night per chalet and High-season is £150 per night per chalet. Payment by instalment is permitted. The minimum reservation is 2 nights for low or mid-season breaks, and 3-nights for high season (school holidays and Bank Holiday dates). The deposit is 10 per cent of the full price and the remainder is payable anytime up to four weeks before the start date. Payment by instalment is allowed. Guests are required to sign a booking agreement and show ID for security and insurance reasons. We are unable to accept reservations from hen/ stag/ college leaver or similar social party groups due to site rules.
