Accounts Assistant – Hull – Up to £28,000, Chase & Holland working with a growing company who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to bolster their finance team. You will play a key role in contributing to the next phase of the company's strategy and responsible for maintaining accurate ledgers and will be accountable for various day-to-day financial operations on the nominal ledger and will support the head of the department., In Return You’ll Receive:, Chance to grow and develop in a large successful company, 33 days including bank holidays, Pension scheme, Various paid company events, Healthcare plan, Free food & drinksAccounts Assistant Responsibilities:, Daily Bank Reconciliation, Depositing cash and cheque payments at the bank, Processing daily transfer of monies between the client and office accounts, Reallocation of incorrect payments, Reprocessing of incorrect data/payments, Reconciling Ledgers, Dealing with general queries, Drafting and Processing Bills, Taking Card Payments over the telephone, Dealing with residual balances, Internal queries relating to matter functions/processes, Ensuring all daily and month-end deadlines are met, Required Skills & Experience:, Experience within an accounts-based role, Being able to work as part of a team as well as individually, Can handle multiple simultaneous tasks and meet tight deadlines, Be able to develop and maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, Be highly adaptable, and flexible, and work comfortably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, Be proactive and self-motivated, IT Literate including Excel, Part / Fully qualified AAT an advantage but not essential, If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Accounts Assistant opportunity, please click ‘apply now’., Chase & Holland acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
